Please join Stephen Slade (Wouch Maloney) and Laura Weber (Klatzkin) as they provide an update on the PPP Loan Forgiveness process.

The SBA began providing PPP funding to small businesses during April of 2020 and the rules have been changing fast.  Now that the SBA has officially ceased providing SBA funding to small businesses on August 8^th; many banks have commenced their loan forgiveness process allowing applicants to submit applications.  On August 11^th, the SBA released additional FAQs geared at making the PPP application as easy as possible for borrowers.  Our presenters will summarize the most recent set of PPP forgiveness guidance and provide insights into the considerations necessary to maximize forgiveness.
