Conservation Easements - What Attorneys and Advisors should know
For nearly 65 years, Heritage Conservancy has worked closely with landowners to help ensure that their visions for their properties are realized. Heritage Conservancy has helped to protect more than 16,000 acres with this landowner- and donor-centric approach, including some of the most beautiful and most important lands in our region. Incorporating estate planning opportunities into the conversation has strengthened the organization’s ability to help landowners and other supporters achieve their goals.

Bill Kunze, President of Heritage Conservancy, will discuss a variety of estate planning scenarios the organization has encountered, how it has helped fulfill donors’ wishes through their estate plans, and how these gifts have contributed to land conservation outcomes that protect the special character of our region
