The uncertainty of whether specific TCJA provisions set to expire in December 2025 will or will not be extended, taxpayers face potential impacts to their financial landscape. Steve Slade will review the provisions that are set to expire at the end of 2025 and discuss proposed legislation that could have a significant impact if passed into law.
